Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 ribeye steak (350–450g)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • ALATIA natural salt flakes (for finishing)

  • 1 sprig rosemary (optional)

  • 1 garlic clove (optional)


Instructions

  1. Bring the steak to room temperature for 20–30 minutes.

  2. Rub lightly with olive oil and pepper.

  3. Heat a cast iron or non-stick pan over high heat.

  4. Sear the ribeye for 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare (or adjust to preference).

  5. Optional: add garlic and rosemary for extra aroma.

  6. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes.

  7. Finish generously with ALATIA natural salt flakes for premium flavor and texture.
