Instructions

Halve the cherry tomatoes and place on a plate.

Add the burrata in the center.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic.

Season with pepper.

Tip ALATIA: Don’t salt the tomatoes beforehand; adding the flakes at the end keeps the salad fresh and crisp.
