Burrata Salad with Salt Flakes

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 ball burrata

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or glaze

  • ALATIA natural salt flakes

  • Freshly ground pepper

  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place on a plate.

  2. Add the burrata in the center.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic.

  4. Season with pepper.

  5. Finish with ALATIA natural salt flakes and basil leaves.

Tip ALATIA: Don’t salt the tomatoes beforehand; adding the flakes at the end keeps the salad fresh and crisp.
