Baked Salmon with Lemon Salt Flakes

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • ALATIA lemon salt flakes

  • Dill or thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray with parchment.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

  4. Add pepper and bake for 12–15 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and finish with ALATIA lemon salt flakes while still warm.

  6. Optional: serve with dill or thyme.
